I ran across an interesting look at Yahoo!’s future over at Search Engine Journal this morning.  In a post called “What Should Yahoo! Do?“, Greg Sterling offers some “unsolicited advice for Yahoo!” in a post-Semel world.

In the post, Sterling lays out eight points that he believes would help keep Yahoo! off the acquisition table and keep it from having to merge.  I agree with his points for the most part.  But I’m going to think about it and, when I get back into town, add a few things to his list.
