In addition to today’s Internet Marketing Monitor coverage, we felt these stories were worth pulling out of the multitude of news items for June 29, 2007:

When I think of “Network Solutions”, I don’t think “SEO”. Domain registration, sure. But not search engine rankings. But I don’t guess that’s stopping N.S. from getting into the game with several package offerings that guarantee results. The base package - which costs $1800 - covers 10 keywords but has no guarantee. For $1000 more ($2800) you can submit 20 keywords and get guaranteed rankings for 5 of them. For $3800 you can submit 30 keywords and get guaranteed rankings for 10. And the primo package guarantees 20 ranking terms for $5800. I would be extremely curious to see how this works. Not 6 grand curious. But very curious none the less.

Yes. I’m quite aware that this is perhaps the most pathetic Headlines of Note ever. But you see… this little thing called the iPhone is launching today. You’d think that we’d discovered life on another planet or something. The iPhone news has taken over.

I’m sure there were probably some other good stories out there. But between hitting “Mark As Read” in Google Reader as fast as I could at the sight of the word “iPhone” and a project going on here at the office… I probably missed them.

So until Monday… don’t play with your iPhone too much… and have a great weekend.
