Search Engine Journal has a great success story about a guy who started a blog about diabetes after being diagnosed with the disease. What’s great about the story is that the blogger took a project originally designed to share knowledge and turned it into a supplemental income of almost $40,000 a year. The thing I wanted to point out - in addition to the story itself - is the breakdown of the income sources coming from the blog. 60% of that $40K is coming from AuctionAds and Text Link Ads (the additional 40% is AdSense). I’ve pointed out other examples of people making a lot of money online with options other than AdSense. Are you seeing a pattern? AdSense isn’t the only way to monetize a site. If this blogger had only been using AdSense he’d be missing out on almost $24,000 a year! Can you afford to miss out on that? - Matt
