I've written about Google Apps for Your Domain before.  Apps for Your Domain (AfYD) are a set of Google services that can be implemented on existing websites to allow companies to use Google's products (like Gmail, Talk, Page Creator, and Calendar).  The Google services can be rebranded with your company's logos, colors, etc.

The nice thing about AfYD is that it allows universal access to your company's information.  Anyone with a web browser and an internet connection can access their data.  Anyone who's supposed to be able access that information, of course.

The Google Analytics Blog has a spotlight post on Apps for Your Domain in which they compare the two services to showcase their similarities.  Both, according to Google, offer simple ways to share information online.  Analytics collects information on visitors, traffic, and keywords.  AfYD allows you to collaborate and stay in contact regardless of location.

Google Apps for Your Domain is still in its beta testing stage.  Currently the service is free, although that is expected to change at some point.  Companies accepted into the beta program are supposed to receive free service for existing users once the beta period ends, so get your company signed up today!
