If you've got a digital camera, you've probably got photos uploaded somewhere on the internet, haven't you? There are lots of places to put them: Flickr… Webshots… Photobucket… Picasa Web Albums. That's just to name a few. If English isn't your primary language, and you use the latter, Google has some news you might be interested in. Picasa Web Albums are now available in 19 languages:
If you're already using Picasa Web Albums, changing languages is as easy as visiting the Settings link. This is the second Google announcement in less than a week dealing with internationalization. Now that their application base is in place, I think Google has more time and motivation to make them as usable to as many people as possible. This is great news for the billions of people who don't speak English as a primary language. If your website isn't English-based these new international web albums would be a great place to store and organize your photos. Picasa is a Google-owned photo management application for Windows.
