We all know that a good rank in Google search can send a ton of traffic to your site. As the dominant search engine, Google tends to dominate a lot of website owners SEO efforts and search advertising. But there are other ways to generate a lot of traffic and some of them are even still within the network of Google services. Jeremy Schoemaker, of ShoeMoney.com, was recently contacted by a guy who wanted to tell him about the traffic he was generating from a video. The video was sitting at #2 (and then #1) of Google Video's Top 100 and was sending the guy nearly 4,000 unique visitors a day. Schoemaker did some math and determined that the traffic was saving this user at least $700/day in AdWords money. So if you're still putting off the use of video as a marketing tool, maybe this will help you decide.
