For today’s Google algorithm post I wanted to quickly look at a very important - but sometimes forgotten - aspect of any website: IP address.

It’s important to know where your IP address has been and what it’s been used for (if anything). Have others used your IP for spamming? Or cloaking? Are others on your C-block doing illegal things?

Think about it. If you had a business in the “bad” part of town… how many customers would you have?
