The Firefox SEO & Webmaster’s Bundle is a collection of Firefox extensions and toolbars that search engine optimizers and website owners can use to make their lives much easier and more productive. Out of the box Firefox is a great web browser. But tricked out with some (or all) of these extensions, it becomes an SEO & website building machine!

No extensions are installed by default. Instead, users can pick and choose which extensions to install by following the simple instructions in the included readme.txt file. Instead of hunting down and installing these extensions from all over the web, this simple download brings them all to you. And we’re constantly adding new and updated extensions to the bundle… so be sure to check back for new versions!

Included extensions:

• CustomizeGoogle (customizegoogle-0.60.en-US.xpi) - Lets you set a ton of Google-related options, add links to other search engines to your Google search results, anonymize your Google experience, and more.
• Google Global (gglobal_v1.0.1.xpi) - Lets you see Google search results from different parts of the world. If you’re curious how you rank in another part of the world, or how your PPC ads appear to others, this is the extension for you!
• SearchStatus (searchstatus-1.20-fx+fl.xpi) - Sits in the status bar and gives you access to several tools: highlight nofollow links, link reports, meta tags, whois information, robots.txt, keyword density reports, and quick-links to indexed pages in Google, Yahoo!, and MSN. In addition, SearchStatus can add the Google PageRank, Alexa Rank, and/or Compete Rank of the site you’re on to the Firefox status bar
• SeoQuake (seoquake-2.0.2-fx.xpi) - Adds a transparent “QuakeBar” that displays current search stats and SEO-related information about the current site (number of links, PageRank, site age, del.icio.us links, whois info, and quick access to source code, to name a few). It also adds a TON of information to the SERPs of most search engines that gives you a quick, at-a-glance snapshot of the site. All of the options are configurable and can be turned off/on at your discretion.
• Firebug (firebug-1.05-fx+fl.xpi) - Helps website developers identify problems, run tests, debug, and modify site source code, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
• IE Tab (ie_tab-1.3.3.20070528-fx+mz+sm+fl-win.xpi) - Allows Windows users to open the current page in Internet Explorer w/o actually having to open IE. Great for testing a website or getting an idea of what something looks like in IE!
• Web Developer (web_developer-1.1.4-fx+fl.xpi) - Highlights various page elements, runs a ton of reports, adds quick access to consoles, validators, and other tools. A handy toolbar button lets you show and hide this one at will.
• User Agent Switcher (user_agent_switcher-0.6.10-fx+mz+sm+fl.xpi) - Lets you switch the user agent string that Firefox uses to identify itself as. This can be helpful to test and/or see how sites act in different browsers, operating systems, and even countries. In addition, search engine bot user agents can be added to see how different sites display to the search engines.
• Compete Metrics (cmetric-0.9.50.xpi) - Adds Compete Metrics data to the status bar and puts Compete Snapshots right in your toolbar (includes the Compete Toolbar (which can be turned off))
